Daniel Jones, DVM

Dr. Jones grew up in southeastern Pennsylvania with pet birds, cats, a tarantula, a hedgehog, a duck, rabbits, and rodents - a background that led him to pursue a career in veterinary medicine. His undergraduate degree, a BS in Biology, is from the University of Pittsburgh-Johnstown. He received his DVM from Iowa State University College of Veterinary Medicine in 2000. 

Prior to joining our practice, Dr. Jones worked in 2 Pittsburgh area practices. With 17 years of experience and a strong Western veterinary medical background, he joined our practice in his quest to improve animal health through integrative medicine and improved nutrition. He is currently studying Eastern medicine, nutrition, and acupuncture. He has a special interest in soft tissue surgery and treating small pocket pets (ferrets, rabbits, rodents) through wellness care and dentistry.

Dr. Jones sees pets at our Ellwood and Cranberry offices.
